Power of Attorney
A Power of Attorney is a legal document. When you grant a Power of Attorney letter to someone, what you’re doing is granting the legal right to someone else to act on your behalf over your legal and economical matters.
These matters may include payment of your bills, deposit and withdraw money from your bank accounts, invest your money, collect money on your behalf, purchase any good or asset in your name, sell your property or represent you before any authority to retrieve documentation in your behalf. And the like.
The person granting the Power of Attorney is called the Grantor and the person receiving it is called the Grantee.
We at New Land Services® have ample experience in writing Power of Attorney letters of all kinds. Such documents need to be notarized and have the Apostille of La Haye, when used outside of the country; our company is capable to get these requirements for you.
